Stopped following this AVN since verison 0.16, but now on 0.21 my last saves are no longer supported....WTF? Any way around this?

No because everyone had to restart somewhere around that time frame due to the changes in the game.

I'm playing my first time and having "landlord" or "roomamate" by default is so annoying.
I've seen shit like:
"my twin roommate" - wtf is that?
"that means telling my parents. Landlord is going to lose his shit" - why? He's just a landlord, he shouldnt care.

Now I have to restart and rename all of them manually. I dont care about incest, but reading text like this makes me cringe.

You have to download the latest version (0.22) and play from the beginning, because of changes the dev had to make starting on v0.17.
Because of this, old saves DO NOT work.
