Founded in 1964, ''CP'' provides a unique perspective by publishing articles from all schools of psychoanalysis, including interpersonal, Object Relations, Freudian, Jungian, Lacanian and Self Psychology. The journal also publishes empirical research about human development and unconscious process, as well as discussions of contemporary psychodynamic approaches to culture, politics, religion, and the arts, for example.
