As far as Anakin killing Jedi, I'm guessing it'll be offscreen. Despite the film being brutal, I doubt GL would go so far as to show children under age 10 getting murdered in cold blood. I do think it's possible to see Shaak-Ti get it, but have no reference to say yea or nay to whether it'll be shown or not. My gut says we'll see it though.

Well I have seen animatics of her getting stabbed through the back by him, so lets hope that is what ends up as shown.
Oh here is something with Ep III that was a bit of a let down... TIE fighters. I hoped to see ships a little more like TIE fighters appearing.... the closest is the new look Jedi starfighter which to me seems a bit odd to then change a small handful of elite warrior ships in to the mainstay of the Imperial fleet... but oh well!
I wonder where the Rebellion gets all its ordnance from anyway.

I actually thought the new Jedi Starfighters look neat. It shows how the democracy is changing and it infiltrates even the Jedi. I see your point, but I think it's neat. It makes it easier for EP to alter the Imperial Fleet's looks a bit more for his own gain.

All their weapons and ships and stuff. Wondering where it all comes from, and why only they use it.
They use their own resources to make them, I'd guess-along with using older models of starships, carriers, weapons, etc. Seems logical.

Always thought that the fight between Vader and Kenobi on the Death Star in EpIV looked a bit shit compared to their fights in earlier episodes but I guess its passed off like that because Kenoib is getting on a bit and Vader has 4 mechanical limbs... when he becomes encased in the suit he is not half the Jedi/Sith he used to be.

All I would like to see is things like the space battle either re shot or cleaned up. Some bits look quite shocking. Sure they could also add a new scene or two in using the power of todays technology. I hope they do some touch ups on Ep I and II as well... would be nice to have some of the really cringeworthy Jar Jar scenes snipped a bit. We just dont need to hear that "YE GODS, WHATTA MESA SAYIN!" every time in Gunga City, or that camp as hell "Woo Woo WOOOOOOOO" when he jumps in the water.

I dont mind Jar Jar as a whole... he just goes WAY over the top at times. I feel embarassed for the freak.
As far as the Anakin dialogue is TPM, I think it's appropriate cuz we are supposed to see a fun-loving, happy young boy of 9 years old. He's not an older teen or an adult. Kids go "weeeeee" all the time.
As far as JJB goes, I agree about the nonsense noises he makes-they should be cut down some of it, it's like that Godawful wail that GL added for Luke when he fell from DV in TESB. So glad GL took that back out.

One pet hate I want addressed is Leia's dialogue when she is in Jabba's Palace in EpVI. She used the same alien word to mean about twenty things in the space of one scene. Would it have been that hard for her to have made a couple of different noises??
Ahh, yes, Bouschh's dialogue. I agree with ya....I let it slide due to SofD. Most people do, but of course, if she WAS given extra noises, the "loyalist" fan base would go even more nuts than they already are.

When they do the 30th anniversary stuff I hope they include some kind of original version as well, maybe available seperately, just to shut up the really sad fanboys.

I like watching the older versions every now and then-but not often. I love them updated on DVD. The 12 Disc DVD Set will be a sight to see, TONS of stuff-GL saved practically everything from '75-'83. It's really the reason the 4 Disc Set was practically bare bones.

Yeah, I read that in the screenplay and novel. The part where he is covered in mud and fooled the clones has been cut from the film, though. Although, I guess, now that you know it's been cut, it still remains a PH iyo, right?
