If you're new to the Quaranteam series, start with the original, and read all of Book One (1-50) before starting anything else. After that, move on a couple of the short series - Piper's Prelude, McCallister's Madness - and then start reading some of Phil's Tale and then move on to Book 2 and Aisling's Antics (which you should not start until you've read the first 10 chapters of B2).
As for all the various spinoffs written by other people, after you've read the first half of Quaranteam Book One, you're welcome to start reading any/all of them.
