Dreams that
Turn into daydreams
That turn into
Possibilities
Desires
Anticipation
Reach
Into the future
Into experiences
Not yet real
But delightfully near
Unable to trust
That I’ll get it right
The feel of her lips
On mine
Of mine on hers
Pay attention
To every moment
Write into my mind's eye
Never blinking
Memorizing her.
