On Ravel's birthday, we also think of a conductor and five more composers ;) -- Gerda Arendt (talk) 20:40, 7 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Lots of good photos on that article... Moneytrees🏝️(Talk) 20:52, 7 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
You mean Ravel? I found one that is not in the article for my latest, Tout est lumière. Click on birthday for background. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 20:56, 7 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Today I could have written five stories off the main page, and chose Sofia Gubaidulina. I find the TFA also interesting, and two DYK, and a birthday OTD. How about you? --Gerda Arendt (talk) 22:16, 16 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Today: an opera, 100 years old OTD, on Bach's birthday. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 23:13, 21 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I love that old card.... Moneytrees🏝️(Talk) 01:25, 22 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
me too - today, 300 years of Wie schön leuchtet der Morgenstern, BWV 1! We sang works for (mostly) double choir by Pachelbel, Johann Christoph Bach, Kuhnau/Bach, Gounod and Rheinberger! --Gerda Arendt (talk) 13:02, 25 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

For this

[edit]

Err.. actually, the website / link to it appears to be down. Hopefully it'll be back soon? [1] Noorullah (talk) 03:39, 18 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

@Noorullah21 Yeah, that's the issue I ran into. Actually, just checking again, that link can be accessed on Archive.org and the pdf can be read here. I'll take another look at the article now. Moneytrees🏝️(Talk) 16:20, 18 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
@Noorullah21 I've now rewritten some text too close to the pdf, and removed the other bit too close to the book; I haven't revdeled it, feel free to re add that under a different wording. It was pretty interesting reading about Muzaffar's strategy-- I wonder what happened to that poor drummer? Moneytrees🏝️(Talk) 02:37, 19 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Hey, thanks. A lot of that was made when I was very early into Wikipedia, big thanks to you for even choosing to deal with that. I'll definitely look at it. Also yeah, lol. Noorullah (talk) 03:26, 19 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Hey @Moneytrees,

I saw your message and I am sorry if I did something wrong. The content I used come from the illustration @ https://github.com/bitol-io/open-data-contract-standard, which is under an Apache 2.0 license. The text, however, is an interepretation of this. I linked the source. Can you provide clarity on what I should be doing differenly? Thanks! jgp (talk) 15:14, 19 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

National Youth and Children's Palace

[edit]

Hi @Moneytrees,

You just deleted some revisions of the page National Youth and Children's Palace due to copyright infringement. However, by automatically reverting a previous edit, some uncopyrighted text and data (an introduction for example) was removed as well. Please undelete the page and allow me several days to edit the page so that no data is lost without any copyright infringement. Thanks! Welaskesi (talk) 23:27, 21 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

@Welaskesi Given Wikipedia's policy on copyright, I can't restore it for you to work on, but I can email you a copy, (you'll need to enable your email if you want that), or you could look at a version of the page from a few months back on the internet archive. From what I saw it looked like part of the intro was closely phrased to a source; maybe there's a specific part you're thinking of that I could paste here for you? Moneytrees🏝️(Talk) 01:38, 22 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
@Moneytrees Yes I saw the internet archive, but that version lacks some lately added info. What I'm thinking about is that the intro has the potential to be modified so that it won't look like a copy paste.
If you could email me the entire source of the page (my email is enabled), that would be a great help. Thanks! Welaskesi (talk) 08:40, 22 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Sahaganj Dunlop Factory

[edit]

Hello Moneytrees,

I noticed that you removed my revision that I got from business standards. I have no problem that you removed copyrighted material. But, why did you remove the images? You don't need to add them back. I just want to know why you removed them. Thanks for helping. Babin Mew (talk) 16:04, 31 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

They got caught up in my revert, @Babin Mew, feel free to add them back, there's no issue with them (although maybe they could be spread throughout the article instead of just in the infobox). Here's the source text of the images, so you don't need to retype it all:

{{Photomontage| position=center | photo1a = Dunlop Factory.jpg | photo2a = Dunlop Factory Old Gate.jpg | photo2b = Dunlop Factory Fire Station.jpg | photo3a = Dunlop Factory Seperated Building.jpg | photo4a = Dunlop Factory Chimney.jpg | spacing = 2 | color_border = none | color = none | size = 250 }} | caption = '''Top to bottom, left to right:'''<br/>Dunlop Factory, Dunlop factory fire brigade station, Dunlop Factory outer gate, Seperated part of Dunlop Factory and Dunlop Factory Chimney, the highest point of the factory

No problem, appreciate your help. Babin Mew (talk) 16:18, 31 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
